Liderkit has again sent their products and body kits to the exotic island Reunion Island, located in the Mascerenes Islands, to the East of Madagascar, in the heart of the Indian Ocean. It is an Overseas Department of France, covering a total surface of 2.500 square kilometres, where the company from Jaén already sent its Plywood 14 mm, kits in 2015; this product is appropriate for vehicles up to GVM 7.5 tons.
In this occasion, Liderkit has just sent another of its models, in particular made in Sandwich 30mm and Aluminium. The first one is made of LIDERfoam® panels 30mm thick; it has fibreglass reinforced polyester skin in both external sides and an internal body in Styrofoam. On the other hand, the Aluminium model, which allows extraordinary quick and simple assembly, is able to support internal equipment such as wooden planks or combi rails to secure the load.
With a population of 800.000 inhabitants, the island has more than 3.000 kilometres of roads built over a very special area, with significant elevations of the land, which make essential the transport of the products in a secure and guaranteed way. In addition, the thick vegetation and the special mountain range, together with the winds and bends of the roads present a serious challenge which tries out the box-bodies of Liderkit in the most demanding conditions.
Delivery time
Liderkit stands out not only for its productive capacity, as a consequence of integrating all the stages in the development of the product; it is also worth stressing its speed and short delivery times. In this respect, it is barely three weeks from the loading of the bodies in Jaén to the arrival to the final customer, by means of a sea container which goes from Algeciras to Pointe des Galets, the main port in Reunion Island.
