A native of the Cordovan municipality of Lucena, Esteban Soria came to Liderkit in 2006, the year in which he began to provide his services as a driver to the body kit company located in Guarromán, reaping favourable results during 14 years of dedication.
Currently, Esteban Soria is part of Liderkit’s Commercial department, a position that has earned a pulse because during all this time he has always been linked to the logistics and customer service sector. According to his account, the objective of this department is “to cover the national area and Portugal together with other colleagues.” Likewise, Soria has to visit clients on numerous occasions, in addition to scheduling trips and planning the routes that he and his colleagues are going to take.
The department in which he works is very competent, made up of people with a long track record and many years of experience. In the words of Soria, “this helps the young people who are joining and also prevents mistakes from being made, which leads us to build a fairly complete and professional team.” Regarding the scope of expectations compared to last year, “they have been met in almost all countries, but we must continue working day by day and not let our guard down.”
On the other hand, he has multiple anecdotes and experiences, but he prefers to keep everything he has lived because “I have seen or traveled to countries that I did not expect to visit thanks to my job.” And it is not only about meeting others, but about living unimaginable adventures, such as “when I went to Romania for 17 days for work reasons and everything happened to me, my vehicle broke down and the overhead crane hung from the arched of the truck”, recalls Esteban.
What he likes most about his job is, as he explains, “dealing with people, both in the office and in the workshop, since it is a very familiar relationship.” He also likes everything that his work brings him, such as learning new things that push him to face the days with “excitement and desire to achieve new challenges and goals,” he says. Lastly, he highlights the value provided by the people who work alongside him, “colleagues to learn from and whom I will pay attention to in the future to be like them”.
