Born in the Jaén municipality of Guarromán, Ginés Domenech studied at Carlos III School in the same town. This is the location where Liderkit is located, a company where Ginés has been working for almost 20 years when he agreed after completing a training process that provided him with the necessary knowledge to carry out a long professional career in the company. Currently, Ginés Domenech oversees the panel cutting section, as well as the Plywood kit assembly section. As he reveals, his mission is “to coordinate the work in both sections and each of the operators that I am in charge of”. In addition, Ginés must follow a daily loading line, supervise the quality and assembly of the parts, and manage resources. During all this time since he began his career at Liderkit, this professional from Guarroman has always been linked to the Plywood panel section, where he also worked as an operator. In the words of Ginés, «I started in the roofs section as an assembly operator, where I was trained in the assembly of all the models. Later I became part of the Quality department, where I had to supervise all the pieces that were assembled daily, detect material defects and anomalies in the assembly and loading of the kits”. Ginés highlights the good workmates he has had throughout his career in Liderkit, although he points out that “the current group is fabulous.” As he recalls, “when I started with my workmates it was very exciting, since we were a group of professionals who were starting a life project.” Then, upon entering the Roof section, he stated that “the workmates welcomed me very well and taught me everything that was in their hands.” Later, with the change of Liderkit facilities, although it changed location again, “I was still happy with my new colleagues.” He has a multitude of anecdotes and positive experiences, among which he recalls when “a client congratulated me for the good work we did, both for me and my team” or the opportunity “to be able to teach my workmates”, as well as the possibility to participate in “ambitious projects such as the development of an entire fleet of buses”. What he likes most about his job is, as he explains, “finding myself on the roads with products that I make while I’m traveling or on vacation in other places.” He also likes “leading a small work group” and knowing that he has been able to grow both personally and professionally until reaching his current position, where “every day there are new challenges,” he says.
