Floor — an innovative solution developed by our R&D department to enhance the experience during
loading and unloading operations.
Made of aluminium, this new model combines lightweight construction with high mechanical
resistance, providing a durable, high-quality finish. Silent Floor is compatible with all bodywork models
in our catalogue — from dry bodies to isothermal bodies — reinforcing our commitment to versatility
and adaptability for all types of goods.
What is Silent Floor for?
The main purpose of Silent Floor is to improve the loading and unloading process by significantly
reducing noise and vibrations during loading and unloading operations. Its structure features
longitudinal grooving that ensures a strong grip to the core of the floor, reinforcing its stability.
Additionally, its surface alternates smooth zones with grooved sections, allowing pallet trucks and
trolleys to glide more easily, which helps optimise the workflow of transport and logistics operators.
Composition and adaptability
Silent Floor is compatible with all floor systems developed by Liderkit and can be adapted to different
configurations based on customer requirements:
- Simple floor: Silent Floor top layer, wooden core, and polyester underside.
- Insulating floor: Silent Floor top layer, wooden board, insulating core (XPS or PUR), and polyester underside.
- Self-supporting floor: Silent Floor top layer, wooden board, insulating core, internal reinforcements, and polyester underside.
