Born in the city of Linares, Jaén, with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Ángela Fernández belongs to Liderkit Group’s Administration and Purchasing department, where the functions corresponding to the economic, administrative and accounting management of the company are executed and carried out.
Specifically, among the activities carried out by this 23-year-old young woman from Línea is “reporting information to those responsible for the areas involved”, to facilitate effective and correct management in the day-to-day running of the company.
Ángela, whose career in the Liderkit Group is going to be one year old, makes it clear that one of the points that stands out the most in her journey through the entity located in Guarromán is “the good atmosphere and camaraderie that exists among all the members.” Some aspects that, in his own words and analyzed from the labor level, have a positive impact on “teamwork“.
According to Ángela, one of the most curious and casual events that she has experienced in the Liderkit Group took place at the beginning, when she visited the meeting room for the first time. Ángela recounts that she was “trying to open the door repeatedly, forcefully, turning the key on and off” until “after a while, I realized it was sliding.”
