At 39 years of age, Jesús García is a veteran within the Liderkit Group. In fact, this native of the municipality of La Guardia de Jaen has spent more than 23 years developing his career in the Jaen company, where he has gone through a good number of sections and departments, which says a lot about the adaptability of this great professional.
Currently, Jesús is in charge of the body panels in Sandwich and Plywood model kits and the isothermal refrigerated boxes. Thanks to his knowledge and training in the metal industry, his activity falls entirely on verifying that the manufacturing process of the different parts that make up the bodies is carried out perfectly. In addition, Jesús is in charge of proposing improvements and innovations in the development of the assembly line, always with the aim of optimizing production so that the client is as satisfied as possible.
Due to his long career within the Liderkit Group, Jesús does not forget to point out the last few years as some of the toughest and most difficult times. However, he stresses that, despite the economic crisis, it is appreciated that most professionals keep their jobs, in times when the employment situation is not at its best.
