After more than 20 years of dedication to Liderkit Group, Manuel Roldán is one of the veterans of the company located in Guarromán (Jaen). From his position in the warehouse, Manuel is part of the logistics area team and is in charge of receiving, controlling and organizing materials.
Proud of the land where his company was born, as it is also his own, Jaen, Manuel fondly remembers many moments spent with his workmates. An anecdote comes to mind from when he was only 16 years old and, according to what he says, he learned “to drive a truck inside the company’s facilities to move packages.”
This logistics operator thanks Liderkit Group for the strength and ability to overcome that he has shown after more than forty years of experience to overcome the tiring economic crisis that has prevailed since 2008, and thus be able to maintain and keep his job.
In addition, and thanks to the policy of reconciling work and family that Liderkit Group employees can enjoy, Manuel points out that he can enjoy a good schedule because “I have time in the afternoon to spend at home and be able to play with my children”.
