Born in the town of Torredelcampo, Jaén, his activity is focused on controlling the accounts of the Liderkit Group. Manuel has a degree in Business Administration and, at the age of 35, he has already spent 11 years in the Administration, Accounting and Finance department of the body kit company. In addition, since 2008 he has been in charge of this area, something that he comments, “it was a real professional challenge that he continues to overcome every day”.
The work of this great professional, in summary, consists of compiling and reporting financial information to the company’s management so that decisions can be made in accordance with the accounting results. But the truth is that his work goes much further, since he is also in charge of planning Liderkit Group’s treasury, coordinating the Accounting department, preparing control reports and managing payments to the different distributors.
Manuel highlights from Liderkit Group “the spirit of improvement that is always present among all the members of the company”, trying to continuously improve processes and expansion into new markets. He stresses that conformism never exists, something that he greatly values in the day-to-day life of the entity located in Guarromán.
As an anecdote, he remembers when he did the interview to start working at Liderkit Group and they selected him as an accountant for one of the company’s companies, at the end of 2004. His incorporation was delayed a couple of weeks due to the dates in which they were, but even so they invited him to Christmas dinner, in which out of 100 workmates who attended he only knew one of them.
Manuel is an enthusiast of numbers, and that is why when asked about what other profession he would have liked to practice, he answers that one is also related to the area of accounting and finance.
