‘Alas Awards‘ are organised by the Economic Affairs and Knowledge Regional Ministry of Andalucia, through Extenda, to add value to international business and exports of Andalusian companies.
Extenda’s Jury in Jaén has been composed by Antonio de la Torre, Delegate for Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment, together with representatives from the Delegation of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, Andalucía Emprende, IDEA Agency, the Regional government of Jaén and Extenda itself.
Likewise, the business section has been represented by the Confederation of Businessmen of Jaén, the Chamber of Commerce of Jaén and Andujar, and Valeo Illumination. On behalf of the media, the president of Diario Jaén has been taking part in this jury too.

Once all the awarded companies have been published for every one of the eight provinces in Andalucía, the main Jury of the Alas Awards has to name the winner for every category at regional level. This decision will take place in July and the awards ceremony will be held after the summer.
