The Liderkit Group Roof-Side area is made up of different professionals who are in charge of manufacturing and assembling the upper parts of the equipment for vans produced by the Jaen-based firm, such as Francisco Manuel Jiménez and José Luis Díaz.
In charge of these operators is Javier Pascual, one of the workers with the longest working experience within the Liderkit Group facilities, he has been offering his services to the company for more than fourteen years, since April 2000.
Born in Guarromán 33 years ago, Javier is the figure responsible for managing this department, focusing his activity on maintaining the line of excellence set by the company. To achieve this premise, he supervises that the operators under his charge carry out the specific tasks entrusted to them day after day, always with the aim of offering the customer the highest quality in their products.
In all the time he has been at the Liderkit Group, Javier has experienced a host of notable moments and anecdotes. However, one that he never forgets is when, at the beginning of his adventure in the company, he and his workmates found themselves having to go to work on a Sunday. One of the aspects that most surprised him was the involvement of all the members, both colleagues and superiors. “One of the bosses was constantly helping us to finish the job. When we finished it, apart from paying us our corresponding hours, he then invited us”, he recalls.
For its part, it also highlights “the human quality of the people who run the Liderkit Group”, since, “despite being a large entity that is based on agreements, they always rise to the occasion when faced with any personal problem or labour that is presented to each of its workers”.
