Liderkit Group is characterized by keeping its identity signs intact day after day. Some strengths that have led it to lead the market in its sector, both nationally and internationally. And it is that the company from Jaen takes care of the characteristics of its bodies, which combine design, hardness and resistance, and the effectiveness of its manufacturing process, which integrates all the stages of production development and which allows it to be distinguished by its speed execution on orders. All this while maintaining the quality of its products, which comply with Quality and Environment standards.

The more than 150 professionals that make up the Liderkit Group and its different departments contribute to this task, without whom these results would not be possible. A concrete example is the Roof-Sides section, integrated, among others, by José Luis Díaz, a Third Officer who, since June 2003, has been in charge of assembling the roofs of the vans produced by the Jaen brand. It is an area that is also made up of professionals such as his colleague Francisco Manuel Jiménez.

Born in Guarromán in the 1970s, José Luis points out that “we are like a big family, with our arguments and differences included”. In addition, according to this man from Guarroman, “we are kissing as well as throwing things at each other’s heads, like life itself.”

From Liderkit Group, José Luis would highlight its family character. In his own words “when my father passed away they turned to me and gave me the days I needed, both during the illness and when he died”. In this sense, he appreciates the treatment received from “the Peragón family, Javier Pascual (in charge), Manuel Ortega (Head of Workshop) and Rosario Alcázar (Human Resources)”.
